How I teach
I hold a degree in French and Portuguese languages and literatures, and have taught at the Alliance Française de São Paulo and, since 2020, at École Les Lumières, the online school I founded in 2020. In class, I use the action-oriented approach (approche actionnelle), the method behind the CEFR and the DELF and DALF exams. It connects grammar, vocabulary and culture to real situations, so you learn French as it is actually used, with texts, films and songs brought in along the way.
I work in French and can explain in Portuguese or English whenever needed. I design my own materials and assess progress regularly, so you always know where you stand.
